Cardiovascular Surgery Physician

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $385.09 - $416.85 This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Practice Setting : Inpatient

Types of Cases : Isolated CABG, CABG / AVR, AVR. Provide team support for interventional cardiology and electrophysiology, etc.

Credentialing Timeframe : 90-120 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC

Certifications Required : Must have Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)

Licensure Required : Must be Board Certified in Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic Surgery, must have an active Indiana medical license
