Mohr Management India Private Limited, Indian subsidiary of Mohr Partners, (www.mohrpartners.com) a global corporate real estate services firm is on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Implementation Analyst to join our team. A HubSpot CRM Implementation Analyst, also known as HubSpot Implementation Specialist, is responsible for helping clients implement HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.

Requirements : Essential Functions

  • Understanding client needs : Working closely with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements and workflows.
  • Customizing HubSpot : Customizing HubSpot features to meet client goals and strategies.
  • Training Clients : Providing training and support resources to help clients use HubSpot effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal teams : Working with sales, marketing and customers success to ensure successful implementation.
  • Staying up to date : Keeping with the latest HubSpot features, best practices and industry trends.
  • Onboarding Clients : Onboarding new clients onto the HubSpot platform.
  • Developing Strategies : Developing and implementing CRM strategies tailored to each client’s needs
  • Troubleshooting : Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process.

Education & Experience

  • 2-3 Years Experience in the HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales and / or Service Hubs
  • Client-facing experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A proven track record in the CRM / Martech industry
  • Other Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients.

  • Physical Requirements

  • Involves work of a general office nature
  • Typically includes extended periods of sitting and / or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier / fax / scanner
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
