Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs
Conduct capability and learning needs assessments to identify performance gaps and inform development roadmaps
Develop scalable learning solutions and manage program timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination
Qualifications
7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
Experience leading enterprise-scale learning initiatives and managing budgets and vendors
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to design scalable learning experiences
Proficiency with enterprise learning technologies and strong program management skills
