Sales Associate

Position : Sales Associate / Cashier.

Reports to : Store Manager.

Location : Pembroke Pines.

Employment Type : Full-Time; 30 hours.

Schedule : Flexible (Weekdays, Weekends, Mornings, Evenings — Closing Shifts Required ).

Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Smoke and Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the shop. Your passion for vaping and knowledge of our products will help enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their preferences and needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging and informative demos.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for both cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor with attractive product displays.
• Provide knowledgeable and honest answers to customer inquiries about smoke / vape products, accessories, and usage.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Turn in daily reports, including cash deposits and credit / debit transaction summaries, to the store manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the store.
• Must be available for closing shifts as part of the regular schedule.

Note : Training hours will differ during the first two weeks.
