• Vigilantly monitor and report any changes in patient symptoms or behaviors.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians and specialists to ensure optimal patient care.
• Empower patients through education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Facilitate important referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
• Keep precise and accurate medical records for every patient.
• Offer guidance and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Qualifications :
• Previous experience in nursing or related medical fields.
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
• Ability to build strong connections with patients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
