Senior Analyst, Plant Finance

What You'll Do :

• Provide analytical support to deliver financial results.
• Support the Decision Support team in providing thought leadership that enables the site to make informed, high quality and timely decisions.
• Support the annual operating / capital budgets and monthly forecasting process.
• Provide financial and production performance variance and trend analysis, identifying cost drivers and other insights into financial results including how this affects future decisions of the site.
• Provide valuable insights through the analysis and aggregation of multiple data sets, extracting complex financial outputs in a manner that is understandable and actionable by management.
• Support predictive analysis including key cost drivers or areas of focus through-out the month for the Site to achieve Forecast / Budget.
• Support product costing - reviewing allocation approaches, comparability across sites and aligning where possible to enable better business decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc decision support including analysis & reporting as well as involvement in relevant site level projects to business partners.
• Support various continuous improvement and strategic initiatives across the Plant Finance group and Plant Site.
• Work closely with the site finance team to support the business with interpretation and implementation of accounting policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
