Supply Chain Analyst The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with procurement, logistics, IT, and customer service teams to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located near Lake Zurich, IL. Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze supply chain data including inventory levels, shipment times, and costs.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and identify trends or anomalies.
• Use predictive modeling to forecast demand and procurement needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planners to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues in coordination with vendors and logistics partners.
• Implement cost-saving strategies and process improvements across the supply chain.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain operations with business goals.
• Support new product launches and manage logistics for global distribution.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
• Automate reporting and data workflows using tools like SAP, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Document and improve standard operating procedures.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding order status and issues.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for strategic planning.

Pay Details : $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
