Maintenance Supervisor

Location : Manchester, New Hampshire

CoWorx is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor in the Manchester, NH area!

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor.

To be successful in this one, one is responsible for leading all maintenance operations and ensuring equipment reliability across the facility and to be focused on improving efficiency, safety, and overall production performance.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime

Oversee operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems

Manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for scheduling, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities

Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems

Provide technical training and mentorship to maintenance staff on schematics, electrical systems, and mechanical components

Coordinate and manage maintenance-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, prioritize repairs, and recommend improvements

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance

Desired Background / Skills :

Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Proven supervisory experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced production setting

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance practices

Ability to read and interpret schematics and use diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively

Experience with high voltage systems preferred; low voltage experience also beneficial

Proficiency in English required for clear communication across departments

Knowledge of project management principles related to maintenance operations is an advantage
