Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage AI Enablement Programs for 15-25 clients, guiding them through strategic planning and implementation

Utilize AI extensively in the role, generating ideas and recommendations to support organizational transformation

Collaborate with teams to train staff and unlock capabilities related to AI and automation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of leadership or consulting experience in managing programs or people

Strong understanding of business concepts and organizational transformation

Ability to navigate complexity and deliver results in SMB organizations

Fluency with technological concepts and ability to communicate them clearly

Demonstrated organizational skills and experience in following defined processes
