Position Overview

We are seeking a Growth Manager (TikTok & Affiliates) to architect and execute our TikTok Shops and homegrown affiliate program into a 7-figure acquisition channel. This role will own both the strategic roadmap and day-to-day execution, leading agencies, contractors, and internal associates. Reporting directly to the CMO, the Growth Manager will be accountable for P&L ownership, channel revenue targets, and building scalable systems that fuse paid media, affiliates, and creator-driven community into a growth flywheel.

Own and scale TikTok Shops into a high-ROI acquisition channel.

Scale Ketone-IQ's homegrown affiliate program into a 7-digit revenue channel.

Lead Discord and community-driven growth tactics to scale affiliates and foster loyalty.

Architect and optimize CRM, attribution, and reporting systems for affiliates and TikTok.

Manage agencies, contractors, and internal associates to execute at scale.
