Ledgent is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the Arden area of Sacramento to find a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting impactful work through accurate and efficient payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees , primarily using Microsoft Excel .
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle all aspects of payroll including :
