StartDate : 10 / 13 / 2025 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $2077.95 - $2276.90

PT - Outpatient needed asapThe traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.Local Travelers are NOT accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from facility. At least 1 year of previous PT experience requiredAt least 1 travel contract completed - preferredOP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day / week in Acute CareEPIC experience BLS

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 1 year

PT(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : BLS(Copy needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

References : 1 Reference in entire work history

OP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day / week in Acute Care

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 travel contract completed - preferred
