Location : Two Harbors, Minnesota, in-person

Pay : $25 - $27 per hour

Schedule : Part-time Monday - Friday 9 : 00 - 2 : 00, in addition possible evenings and weekends depending upon occupancy and move in and move outs, 28 hours per week

We are looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of Affordable Section 8 residential property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Processing Section 8 certifications
• Negotiate lease / contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
