Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit and provide care for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomiesCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesPatients undergoing stroke treatment as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramHigh volume of spinal surgery patientsWhat You'll Do :
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment in patient assessments and interventions.Why Join Us?

Assess patients and implement tailored interventions.Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition swiftly.Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.Maintain a culture of safety and quality improvement.Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required :
Current RN license in the state of practice.BLS certification by the AHA.Education Required : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
Experience Required : At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport with patients.Proficient in electronic medical records and technology.Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.Physical Requirements :
