Our team is hiring a full-time Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician to support the health, safety, and longevity of trees and landscapes across residential and commercial properties in the area. Responsibilities
• Operate, maintain, and transport spray equipment, trucks, and tools safely
• Support arborists and PHC teams with additional plant and tree care services as needed
• Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies and apply appropriate treatments
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and soil treatments following safety and environmental guidelines
• Communicate treatment plans and recommendations professionally with clients
Qualifications
• ODA 6a Pesticide License preferred or willingness to obtain in 6 months
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Valid driver's license with ability to operate company vehicles
• ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in long-term career growth and professional certifications
