Role Description

This is a full-time role for PCA / CNA / HHA and Caregivers. The role involves providing essential care and support to clients in their homes. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, patient care, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. Effective communication with clients and their families is crucial. This is an on-site role located in Kingston, NY.

Qualifications

• Home Care and Personal Care skills
• Participation in Activities of Daily Living and Patient Care
• Effective Communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Relevant certification is a plus (PCA, CNA, HHA)
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
