Mindful Health Solutions is growing! Join our team of forward-thinking mental health professionals who are passionate about innovative treatments and redefining the psychiatric care model. We're seeking Psychiatrists who are excited to grow their skillset in advanced interventional psychiatryincluding TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine Infusion Therapy, and more.

  • Practice advanced therapies, including :
  • rTMS and dTMS
  • One of the largest Esketamine programs in the U.S.
  • Ketamine Infusion Therapy (at select locations)
  • Help shape the future of care :
  • Trial innovative treatment protocols (e.g., accelerated TMS, OCD, neuropathic pain)
  • Collaborate on psychedelic medicine development
  • Receive immersive internal training (no prior experience neededwell train you to be an expert!)
  • Enjoy continuity of care with your own patient panel
  • Partner with a dedicated administrative support team

We offer flexible compensation options tailored to your preferences :

  • Choose from two models : Productivity-based or base salary + incentive
  • Earning potential : $350,000-$400,000+
  • Signing bonus : Up to $100,000
  • Work structure : In-person, with potential for a hybrid schedule
  • Time off :
  • 4 weeks of PTO
  • 24 paid CME hours

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans that may include :
  • Psychotherapy
  • Medication management
  • Interventional therapies (TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine)
  • Supervise and monitor patient response to interventional treatments and adjust as needed
  • Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, and therapists
  • Handle mental health crises and provide appropriate intervention
  • Maintain accurate EMRs and clinical documentation
  • Contribute to ongoing research and clinical data analysis to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in continuing education and stay current with evolving psychiatric treatment protocols

    • Qualifications :

  • A strong communicator with an interest in evidence-based, interventional treatments
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic clinical environment
  • Experienced working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficient with EMRs, Microsoft Suite, and video conferencing tools
  • Committed to growth through 10+ hours of continuing education annually
