We are looking for a dynamic and experienced manager to step into the role of Patient Services Manager. This pivotal position will not only oversee our innovative unit host program for our hospital patients, but also oversee dining services for our senior services campus. You will

• Lead and manage our unit host program, ensuring seamless operations and a patient-centric approach to hospitality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the clinical nutrition team, ensuring optimal patient care.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team.
• Take charge of our newly developed teaching kitchen, shaping it into a hub of nutrition education and culinary innovation.
• Develop and execute engaging programs to educate patients and staff on healthy eating habits.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized nutrition plans for patients.
• Actively engage with patients to understand their nutritional needs and preferences.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Regularly evaluate and enhance nutrition programs based on industry best practices.
• Represent the organization in community health initiatives and events to promote nutritional education.
• Collaborate with external partners to expand the reach of our nutrition programs.
