Position Summary

In the Advanced Technology Services (ATS) group at SkyWater, our team works hand in hand with customers to develop a wide range of exciting new, novel, and fully customized technologies including superconducting ICs, quantum computing devices, carbon nanotube devices, MEMs, Bio sensors, DNA sequencing devices, Si photonics, and III-V devices. This is an exciting opportunity to join the ATS team at SkyWater.

Responsibilities

• New process development / transfer / integration in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop or integrate robust manufacturable process recipes for Foundry customers in one or more of diffusion, films, photo, etch, or CMP areas.
• Development of specialized / novel device integration schemes to support customer needs.
• Process integration for CMOS / MEMS / Superconducting / Photonics or other novel device types.
• Could develop into a technical project lead position integrating customer device requests.
• The job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each position.

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship Required : This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S Citizenship.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $91,600 - $137,400. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
