Senior CT Tech

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Senior CT Tech for their Honolulu, HI location.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily activities of the department.
• Provides work leadership and serves as a technical resource to staff; assures staff's competence in all procedures.
• Ensures quality service and patient care in the department.
• Performs duties of a CT Technologist.
• Exposed to both inside and outside environmental conditions; cold temperatures due to the air conditioning.
• Subjected to noise/vibration from film processors.
• Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, mechanical/electrical units, chemicals and radiation.

Requirements:

• Current Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Current Computed Tomography (CT) certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• Current BLS certification.
• Three (3) years experience as a CT Technologist.
• Experience to demonstrate:
• Knowledge of CT safety operations and capabilities.
• Knowledge of quality assurance activities as applied to CT imaging.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
