A company is looking for an Onboarding & Experience Specialist to support early career financial advisors through a technology-enabled onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding experience for new advisors, ensuring alignment with training and ecosystem expectations
Serve as the primary resource for new advisors on digital tools and best practices to enhance productivity
Monitor advisor performance and provide coaching to support technology adoption and practice development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, management, education, financial services, or a related field; or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in financial services, advisor onboarding, or early career development roles
Familiarity with advisor onboarding processes and early career development expectations
Strong proficiency with financial services technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CRM systems)
Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify coaching opportunities
