As a Security Officer - Bank Unarmed Patrol in Durham, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and protocols, and responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and training.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and surrounding areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and / or unauthorized access.

Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, visitors, and staff while performing patrol duties.

Complete required reports and documentation as directed by Allied Universal and / or site management.

Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
