About the TeamThe Contact Center Solutions Engineer designs, implements, and optimizes solutions to meet organizational and customer needs. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of technologies.

What we're looking for- Possess a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Be proficient in contact center technologies such as IVR, ACD, CTI, QM, WFM, and virtual agents- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams- Be experienced in designing and implementing contact center solutions- Have knowledge of telephony systems and call routing strategies- Be familiar with CRM systems and their integration with contact center solutions- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Be able to adapt to changing technology and business requirements in the contact center environment

Salary Range or On Target Earnings :

Minimum :

$131,200.00

Maximum : $262,400.00

In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
