• Delivering direct patient care in alignment with personalized care plans and physician orders.\n
• Observing patient behaviors and monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.\n
• Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement patient care strategies.\n
• Building meaningful connections with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for effective recovery.\n
• Celebrating patient milestones to encourage further progress in their rehabilitation journey.\n\nQualifications\n
• Current LPN / LVN licensure as required by state regulations.\n
• CPR certification.\n
• Preferably one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.\n
