Job Summary : FNC is seeking a motivated Associate to join our Brokered Deposit Funding and Investments team. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding relationships with an institutional client base of Banks and Credit Unions by offering customized funding solutions and investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and eager to grow within a dynamic financial services environment.

Compensation :

• The position offers a starting base salary ranging from $62,500 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. After an initial period the compensation structure will transition to a fully commission-based model, providing the opportunity for uncapped earning potential based on performance.
