ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading subcontracting organization and they are a union construction firm offering design, installation, and maintenance for telecom, data, power, and other systems.
This Payroll position offers extensive training as the transitioning employee will be there to help and train. Will report to the Payroll Manager under financial leadership.
Early hours are an option and preferred with a 7 : 30 a.m. - 4 p.m. schedule with some flexibility. In addition to salary there is 8-10% annual bonus potential!!
SALARY : 65,000 to $72,000
Revenue annually is in the $100M+ range with 70 in office employees and 300+ in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead the full cycle payroll processing for 400 employees with the in-house system.
Preparation of union payroll reports.
Benefits management.
Answer vendor and employee payroll inquiries.
Reflect terminations and new hires on payroll.
Manage special payroll and benefit projects in time.
REQUIREMENTS :
Union company payroll exposure strongly preferred.
Construction industry experience a strong plus.
ERP accounting software helpful.
