Job description

Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Supervisor of Customer Finance, you will be responsible for inbound / outbound customer communication. You will also perform a variety of in-office tasks, which includes preparing checks for processing and deposit, routine and complex document processing, data entry and research.

You will be hybrid-remote in West Chester, PA.

Your impact includes :

  • Answer inbound / outbound calls from customers to collect installments, discuss check payment details, POA's, and fraud accounts.
  • Be a liaison with the collection agency and Finance department to interpret and resolve problems.
  • Research and provide details regarding fraud accounts.
  • Escheat / Unclaimed Property (scrub) and issuing of refund check when applicable and commenting for Escheat record keeping.
  • Answer inbound / outbound calls from customers to collect installments, discuss check payment details, POA's, and fraud accounts.

What you bring includes :

  • 2+ years experience with check posting.
  • 2+ years experience leading collections calls.
  • 2+ years experience researching accounts for fraud.
  • 2+ years experience with high-volume outbound and cold calls.
  • 2+ years experience using Call Center / Customer Service software.
  • Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
