Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is presently in search of an M365 Engineer to provide tier 1 - tier 2 support for end users.

Role Summary :

Troubleshoot and administer tenant services.
Utilization of custom tools for the effective resolution of system issues.
Detection and adept rectification of system glitches.
Thorough logging and documentation of incident resolutions.

Qualifications :

Active TS / SCI FS Poly clearance is a requirement.

Experienced in Active Directory

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive Salary : Up to $130,000, contingent on experience.
