- What We're Looking For :
- Licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Desire to grow within a therapist-centered practice
- Our ST will be responsible for
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to evaluate speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Following up with treatment and care of children with varying levels of need
- Educating parents and caregivers to assist their child to develop and improve function and independence.
- Develop engaging and fun therapy activities that empower children and support their unique needs.
- Working effectively with parents and coworkers
- Demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Provide supervision as needed to SLPA's
- Have excellent attendance and be reliable

- Mobility & Activity Tolerance
- Ability to sit on the floor, at child-height tables, or in small chairs for extended periods during therapy sessions.
- Transition frequently between seated, standing, and floor-based positions.
- Move quickly between different therapy areas, including private rooms, group spaces, and play-based environments.
- Lifting & Carrying
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Occasionally assist children with physical positioning or mobility support when appropriate.
- Reaching & Handling
- Reach in all directions, including overhead, to retrieve materials or adjust therapy equipment.
- Handle, manipulate, and organize therapy tools, toys, visual aids, and technology devices.
- Vision & Hearing
- Sufficient visual acuity to observe children's oral-motor movements, facial expressions, gestures, and use of communication devices.
- Adequate hearing to discriminate between speech sounds, monitor voice quality, and respond to verbal cues in varying noise levels.
- Speech & Communication
- Produce clear, accurate speech to model sounds, words, and sentences.
- Project voice appropriately for activities while maintaining vocal health.
- Engage in frequent verbal interaction with children, families, and team members.
- Environmental Interaction
- Work in a variety of therapy settings, including private rooms, shared clinic spaces, and occasionally community-based environments.
- Tolerate moderate noise levels, child vocalizations, and movement within therapy spaces.
- Stamina & Endurance
- Maintain energy, focus, and enthusiasm across multiple therapy sessions per day.
- Adapt physical and vocal output to meet the needs of both active and quieter clients.
- Experience
- Must be licensed in the state of Colorado
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Feeding experience preferred
