Site Reliability Engineer Manager

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer Manager to join their Cloud Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a cross-functional team, contributing to the team roadmap and individual growth

Develop, maintain, and optimize infrastructure clusters and services, including APIs and automations

Analyze infrastructure costs and assist in budget optimization while improving monitoring and observability

Required Qualifications

Experience managing small teams with an infrastructure background

Leadership skills in people management, project management, and team effectiveness

Coding experience in at least one programming language, preferably Go or Python

University degree in computing-related fields or equivalent market experience

Experience with cloud computing services and Infrastructure as Code automations
