Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Field Engineer to join our team. The Field Engineer will be responsible for overseeing field operations, creating detailed work packages, and implementing advanced work packaging (AWP) strategies. This role involves ensuring that all field activities align with project designs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed work packages for field operations, ensuring all necessary information and resources are included.
• Utilize advanced work packaging (AWP) techniques to optimize project execution and improve efficiency.
• Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and construction teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Oversee and manage field operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between field activities and project designs.
• Identify and resolve field-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of field activities, work packages, and documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to field personnel on work package creation and AWP best practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Experience / Qualifications

Estimated Starting Salary Range

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $121,000 - $143,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on asemi-monthlybasis.The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Companys discretion, which may includeexperience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
