JOB SUMMARY : The House Person’s primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of the property’s public spaces. The House Person is also responsible for assisting housekeepers and guests as needed and providing friendly, courteous and professional guest service.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :

• Must have the ability to provide professional and courteous guest service.
• Must have good time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to understand and follow verbal / written instructions and communicate both verbally and in writing.

Summary

The House Person works indoors and outdoors on a regular basis. This position requires continuous standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending and reaching throughout the entire shift. Hazards may include, but are not limited to, slipping and tripping, and exposure to variable temperatures, weather elements, blood borne pathogens and standard cleaning chemicals.
