Physical Therapist (Per Diem) – Addington Place at College Harbor

Location : St. Petersburg, FL

Schedule : Per Diem / As Needed

Addington Place at College Harbor is a vibrant senior living community located on the beautiful waterfront of St. Petersburg. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care, compassion, and service to our residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team on a per diem basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, patient-centered professional looking for flexible scheduling in a welcoming and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate residents’ physical and functional needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life.
• Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
