Associate II - Transactional Services

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transactional Services team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. As an Associate II - Transactional Services, you will play a key role in supporting complex reinsurance transactions and client service delivery. You will be part of a collaborative team that drives operational excellence, process improvement, and business growth through innovative solutions and strong client relationships.

We will count on you to :

• Assess and submit client and reinsurer presentation materials, resolving complex questions and securing agreements and payments.
• Integrate KPIs and system tools to manage transactional processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with SLAs.
• Lead and participate in team meetings to share knowledge, promote process improvements, and support the evolution of operational models.
• Develop detailed information for RFPs and sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Manage settlement of funds, ensuring contractual payment terms and conditions are met.
• Implement and support reinsurance audits and reviews, reconciling records to ensure process quality.
