Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of research scientists specializing in video and audio generation

Define strategic research agendas aligned with the employer\'s product goals

Guide the development of models utilizing advanced machine learning techniques for video and audio synthesis

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate research outcomes into the employer’s platform

Represent the employer in the AI research community through publications and conferences

Qualifications

Experience leading research teams in AI video and / or audio generation or related fields

Deep expertise in machine learning techniques relevant to video synthesis, such as diffusion models and GANs

Proven track record of translating research into scalable, user-facing products

Strong ability to set strategic research directions aligned with business objectives

Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
