Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities :

(include, but are not limited to)

• Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community
• Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments / model
• Ensure CRM-Elise is utilized to generate and maximize traffic
• Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate
• Assist prospects in applying online
• Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes
• Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments
• Partner with the Marketing team with all marketing initiatives
• Complete market surveys
• Complete monthly Training
• All duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

Physical Demands :   The job is prominently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments / communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
