Property Turnkey Maintenance Technician

AAMCI-Management, Inc.in Dayton, OH is looking to hire afull-time Property Turnkey Maintenance Technicianto preserve the long-term value and desirability of our community. This general handyman position earns acompetitive wageof up to$21-$23 / hour depending on experience.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically worksMonday - Fridayfrom8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm.

No on-call required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry,

appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Are you mechanically inclined, reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn? Could you work well as part of a property management team? Are you attentive to safety? If yes, you might just be perfect for this residential handyman position!
