Fly High with Dragonfly Cares – School-Based BCBA Opportunity

Location : Commack, Suffolk County, NY

Schedule : Approximately 30 hours per week (school-day hours)

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team. This role offers a consistent 30-hour weekly schedule, ideal for BCBAs who want meaningful school-based work, stability, and work-life balance - with the option to pick up additional cases if desired.

Your Role

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Oversee and adjust ABA interventions to ensure student progress

Provide training and consultation to school staff on ABA best practices

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Supervise and support Behavioral Technicians / RBTs

What You Bring

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Active BCBA certification; LBA required or in process

Minimum 1 year BCBA experience (school-based preferred)

Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
