Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Physician Assistant (English / Spanish) to join our growing San Antonio team. This full-time position offers a predictable schedule, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on patient outcomes rather than patient volume.

Schedule & Work Model

Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM  No nights or weekends,  Full clinical support staff on-site

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patient populations  Conduct preventive, acute, and chronic care visits in a value-based model  Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams  Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (training provided)  Deliver high-quality care in a bilingual setting

Qualifications

PA degree from an accredited medical school. Current medical license in Texas (or ability to obtain prior to start)  DEA certification (or ability to obtain)  Fluency in English and Spanish preferred but not required  Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred
