Electrical Design Engineer

Aegis is seeking an Electrical Design engineer to join our client's organization. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience (can include internship experience)
• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or engineering.
• Industry experience: manufacturing or industrial automation. If they have worked on packaging automation machines that would be great!
• Experience with electrical control systems
• Experience designing and developing electrical systems
• PLC experience – Allen Bradley (troubleshooting) they have controls engineers who do the programming.
• AC/DC motor experience (high and low voltage)
• AutoCAD software experience.
• Experience designing and analysis of electronic components for large machinery.
• Able to travel up to % to customer locations throughout the US.

Nice to have:

• UL Certification (if they don’t have this will be required to eventually obtain)
