The Impact You'll Make :

• You'll report to our SVP, Brand, and create a cohesive Upside brand experience that builds relationships and engagement with our users.
• You'll use data and insights to develop content pillars across channels.
• Build an editorial content calendar based on seasonal and thematic moments for our users.
• Create a vision for organic social media content across platforms such as Meta, X, and TikTok.
• Turn consumer insights into relevant communications that engage potential and active Upside users.
• Ensure Upside's brand voice and tone are consistent across integrated communications.
• Boost brand positioning and provide strategic direction and feedback to agency partners.
• Partner across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, brand, and design teams.

What You Should Have :

Location : This hybrid role is required to work at our DC office in Dupont Circle for 3 days / week.

Compensation : The US base salary range for this full-time position is $78,572.60 - $86,843.40 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
