Chief Anesthesiologist Leadership Opportunity in Greater Tampa Bay! Envision Physician Services has a premier leadership opportunity for a qualified Anesthesiologist to join our team at AdventHealth North Pinellas in Tarpon Springs, FL, as the Chief of Anesthesia.

Minimum experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred.

The Chief duties will include but are not limited to :

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires
