A wealth management in Florida is currently seeking a new Bookkeeper for a Junior-level position with their growing team in Palm Beach. Responsibilities : The JuniorBookkeeper will be responsible for : Recording monthly activity for various individuals and entities Reconciling all bank accounts monthly Recording investment activity from broker statements Preparing monthly closing journal entries in order to produce quarterly balance sheet and income statements Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications : 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper High School Diploma / GED Experience with a basic Accounting functions Working knowledge of QuickBooks Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Word, etc.) Solid analytical and mathematical skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills : Experience in a Family Officeaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
