As a Kitter, you will play a crucial role in the movement, storage, and management of materials within our facility. Your contributions will ensure the smooth operation of our production lines, particularly in proximity to CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility to designated areas.
• Supply production lines near CNC machines with necessary materials to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Properly label and store materials in assigned locations, optimizing space and ensuring easy accessibility.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Participate in efforts to improve material handling processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.

Work Environment

Work in an air-conditioned manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona. The position requires the ability to lift and / or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb portable ladders. Personal Protective Equipment will be required. The working hours are Friday through Sunday from 5 am to 5 pm, and you must be able to train Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4 : 30 pm for one week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
