About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Case Management for a Rotational / Flexible shift position in Barre, Vermont. This Registered Nurse role is based in the Care Manager, Home Health RN and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Case Management experience.

Position Requirements

• Active Vermont license and / or Compact license
• Current BLS and / or ACLS and / or Specialty Certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse – Case Management experience
• 2 current clinical references
