A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to HR Generalists and Coordinators
Administer HR functions across the employee life cycle, including onboarding and benefits administration
Act as the primary escalation point for nonroutine HR issues and inquiries
Required Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
A minimum of five years of human resources-related experience, with at least two years in a senior or team lead capacity preferred
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in core HR functions, including benefits and leave administration
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
