Position Overview

The Sr. Solutions Architect Collaboration will act as a pre-sales technical expert and trusted advisor to clients. The role involves working with account executives and engineering teams to design advanced collaboration solutions, develop proposals, and present to clients.

This position requires strong experience with Cisco, Zoom, and / or Microsoft Collaboration portfolios, and the ability to translate client needs into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support for Cisco, Zoom, and Microsoft Collaboration opportunities and solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand infrastructure and business requirements, and recommend suitable collaboration technologies.
• Develop architecture designs, proposals, cost estimates, and statements of work.
• Deliver client presentations (virtual and in-person) demonstrating solution capabilities and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with account management and technical teams to develop business opportunities.
• Provide consulting expertise for migrating clients from on-premises to cloud collaboration platforms.
• Stay updated on technology trends, product roadmaps, and partner offerings.
• Conduct ROI / TCO analyses and support business cases for proposed solutions.
