Position Summary :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an essential part of our care delivery team, supporting physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses in delivering comprehensive and respectful care. In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative support to ensure patients-many of whom face social, economic, and linguistic challenges-receive timely and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities :

Clinical Duties :

• Take vital signs and conduct routine screenings during patient intake.
• Administer medications and immunizations under provider or RN supervision.
• Perform basic wound care, EKGs, and other clinical procedures as appropriate.
• Support providers during examinations and minor procedures.
• Monitor and document patient status and report significant findings to the RN or provider.
