$5K+ Relocation Bonus
Practice Highlights :
- Monday-Thursday 8-5pm...no nights or weekends
- $850 / guarantee first 6mths then 30-40% production compensation
- In House LAB for prosthetics and Cerec for same day crown / bridge

We are a full-service facility offering 12 operatories and a separate surgical center. We perform most procedures in house including, but not limited to, full mouth restorations, root canals, prosthetics, implant placement & restorations as well as a strong recare program.
