• $500k annual base, ability to make 950K with extra call
• Retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, and life insurances; short-term and long-term disability
• Quarterly incentive based on hours worked, $30k sign-on and relocation combo, and 7 weeks of PTO
• 100% general anesthesia
• Employed position, work Monday - Friday from 7 am - 5 pm
